Our standard inert collection excludes general rubbish, plasterboard, plastic, timber and mixed general waste. Do not include asbestos, hazardous or contaminated waste, chemicals, oils, liquids or gas cylinders. Tell us about anything you are unsure of before collection.

No. Grab-hire collections are priced by full load, with capacity up to 16 tonnes subject to material density, volume, vehicle limits and safe loading. The driver decides when the lawful load limit has been reached; a full load does not guarantee 16 tonnes for every material.

We need a safe standing position, suitable ground and enough room to reach and load the material. Tell us about entrance widths, parked cars, slopes, soft surfaces, drains, weight restrictions, trees and overhead cables. Send photos and measurements so the team can assess the actual vehicle and site; the driver makes the final safety decision.
